Tom Melbourne: Hi, my name is Tom Melbourne and I am a app developer for apps in the CRM marketplace. I built Map Leads, a lead generation platform and through the community met Charles. And so, you know, when I get asked the question of what's my favorite thing about him? What I'll tell you is every interaction I have with him. I come out in just a much better place. After that conversation, what I mean by that is I've either met somebody new, I've learned something new. I've been able to understand, you know, the people using the software in the marketplace at a different lens than I would have seen them before, just by talking with Charles and kind of getting his feedback on things that I'm building how people are using the software where he sees value being provided and those kinds of things. So, yeah, I mean, just every conversation I've ever had with Charles, I learned something I meet somebody. I come out just in a, in a much better, you know, place than, than I did before that conversation. So I, I really appreciate about that.

Tom Melbourne: What I think makes Charles really unique is the way he sits at this intersection of kind of like four primary major things. He understands the technology and the software that he's working with at just a really, really deep level, he understands the market that that technology is serving. And I think that gives him the ability to really understand the strategy of how to take that technology and apply it into the market. And then I think the final thing in that intersection is just the community that he's building, the community that he's a part of the community that he's contributing to. I think you put those four things together and you're gonna have Charles right in the middle of all of it. And it's just a really great place to be for somebody like Charles. And I think it just makes him incredibly unique and, an incredibly valuable person to know in your network and to have, you know, working with you alongside you and helping you out, which I appreciate very much
