What is your favorite thing about Charles?
Micheal Pacitto: What I always appreciate about Charles is how he's always trying to solve, kind of like the root problem. It's not just, you know, whatever people are asking about he really likes to dig in. And you can tell he's asked a lot of really smart questions because if you can't solve the root problem, especially when you're dealing with marketing automations and systems and people's, it's a very easy to get trapped just doing surface level kind of analysis. And I like that, he's one of those people that likes to find that deeper problem.
Would you recommend working with Charles?
Micheal Pacitto: I would definitely send some people to work with Charles just on the fact of how I've seen him conduct himself in a variety of situations in webinars in putting in that extra time at the end to help out when he didn't really have to take an ownership of making sure that the people around are getting really good help, even if it's not his place and somebody like that, that's really persistent in making sure that people are successful. The kind of people I like to hang out with.
