Josh Satterlee: Hey, I'm Josh Satterly. I have a software company for healthcare providers called Trust Driven Care. And, one of the things we found a lot of, of value in Charles is just he has an extensive knowledge to kind of let you know what's, possible, what would need to be in place for something to be possible. And he kind of acts as a great translator to say like, hey, the best way to do that is pursue this or to pursue that in that way, he saved us thousands, maybe tens of thousands of dollars of not going down paths. Only to find that things won't work or advising us on. Hey, if you, if you go this route, you'll have a whole lot less work ahead of you. So that's invaluable when you're trying to grow fast and build. And so I really appreciate that about Charles and his company.

Josh Satterlee: One thing that makes, Charles Higgins and his team and Pinnacle unique is, there, I don't know how to say it like there, I would call it down home knowledge of here's what software can do, but here's what it's like for that end user to use that software in their place. So in our case, we work with health care practices and imagine what you have there. You have people walking in the door, you know, the phone's ringing, the people walking in are either sick or they're in pain and they're not grumpy, but you don't want to, you don't want to make things inconvenient for them. And so balancing those two things with how it will feel to that end user to use. The software is really important because those healthcare providers can't provide great care for their people if it's too difficult, if it's too encumbering to use our system, if it's too, challenging and yet they want to provide amazing care. And Charles gets that, he understands, he and his team understand that, you know, software is not going to just run on a computer and not involve anybody. It's going to involve a lot of people to be run correctly and having that insight, as well as the insight as to what software can do when it's run correctly is incredibly unique to Charles. And I don't know anybody else that has that skill set or ability.

Josh Satterlee: Yeah, you know, you get asked, would you recommend Charles? And I would say I would absolutely recommend him for, when you have a big, how do I say this when you have a big project, like there's certain softwares that are established as to what they do, what they can do, et cetera. You know, I use Quickbooks for example, it's accounting software. It doesn't, nobody expects it to be CRM or a, project management tool, right? What I think, you know, I'd recommend working with Charles so he can at least scope the work you need and what we're talking about. So many people sell you software and you end up paying for 5% like you're using 5% of what it does, but you're paying the full 100% cost. And the problem with that is oftentimes, not always, but often times that's because the software salesperson or whoever gave you that software has no idea what you're actually trying to do. And so I would say, you know, I'd highly recommend talking with Charles because he'll help you figure out what, what the heck you're even trying to do and then what's the best match for that? Sometimes you don't need a, you know I'm a small business owner. I don't need a Salesforce, and $25,000 a month in, in implementation fees. I can't afford that either. But there are companies where that makes sense but having an expert like Charles that knows what the capability of software is, what you're trying to do. And if those two match is invaluable. And so I'd recommend you work with him and have those discussions because he has an incredible ability to scope that out better than almost anybody in our industry.
