What is your favorite thing about Charles Higgins?
Ianthe Hernandez: Hi, my name is a Ianthe Hernandez and I own a software company called Expansion Software Platform & Services. One of my favorite things about Charles is his insight and his knowledge on certain aspects of running a business software and technology. Not only am I able to ask Charles certain questions, he's very adept in answering those questions and also bringing to light questions that I should be asking and questions that I didn't even know I needed to be asking. And not only when he brings these things to light, he's able to answer and walk you through certain processes and thoughts that should go into making decisions when it comes to running your company, running your business and growing your company.
What makes Charles unique?
Ianthe Hernandez: What makes Charles unique is that he is not about the status quo. And what I mean by that is there's a lot of noise in the technology industry every day, every week, you know, every month, something new is released and he is very able and well equipped to talk from his experiences and challenges and doesn't necessarily swim one way. He understands that different things are for different people and he's not trying to sell you a way to do things. He's telling you logistically this is the way that he thinks it should be done, but you can also do it this way and that way and that makes him unique sometimes, you know, he's aware that you might not take his advice and that's ok with him. And I find that to be very unique in this industry.
Would you recommend working with Charles?
Ianthe Hernandez: I recommend working with Charles because he's a straight shooter. He doesn't beat around the bush. His integrity comes out in the things he says and his actions in follow up in, speaking to you in guiding you and in understanding what he does, you can tell this from his conversations with you. One on one. You can tell it, from his group setting and you can tell it in the way he runs his company on the other side with his VA Team.
