Dan Doyle: My name is Dan. I am an agency owner in the HighLevel space. And my favorite thing about working and getting to know Charles is I've yet to meet anybody who is as knowledgeable about the HighLevel platform as Charles and who at the same time is able to explain certain things about the platform and just growing a SaaS business in ways that I am able to understand it. and it's been absolutely invaluable to me. I've learned more from Charles in the few months that I've known him that I have in the few years that I have been using HighLevel

Dan Doyle: I think one of the unique things about Charles is that his background is CRM's. So he knows CRM's inside and out and how they should work for a user, meaning how it should work for the end user, not necessarily how it should be built. And I know because of that some of the things that HighLevel has actually done is due to Charles input. And because of that, he's been able to help me kind of figure out certain ways to introduce products and services to my customers and better explain the benefit. And that's helped me grow my business.

Dan Doyle: If you are in the HighLevel space and if you are also looking to grow your agency from SaaS standpoint of view, I would absolutely recommend working with Charles and having that conversation. Again, I haven't met anybody as willing as Charles to just sit down and talk with people and kind of give you a perspective about how to grow your business as well as understand the platform. So if you're like me and you're trying to grow a SaaS agency in the HighLevel space and you might have a little overwhelmed from the HighLevel tech side. I highly recommend Charles. I haven't met anybody out there better than him yet.
