What was your experience with other CRMs before Pinnacle?
Katherine Polsinelli: I would just love to give a huge shout out to Pinnacle Ai. The amount of support I have felt from day one has been absolutely mind blowing. I recently have used a similar software to them and was really kind of disappointed in the way that people communicate with me. His team has been phenomenal from helping me with the tech setup and making it 10 times easier on me to sitting with me on a secondary call and helping me figure out and brainstorm around what automations would look like what would work best with my company and how that could actually be set up inside of their system. Not to mention the amazing amount of support that I've also been able to get through their 24 hour chat support as well.
