Can you tell us how Pinnacle Ai has helped you?
Kat Polsinelli: I would love to describe one time that Pinnacle has helped me. But there are so many and it's been amazing every single time. I think that's probably one of my absolute favorite things about Pinnacle from the time that I started the people that helped me uh with my setup that then did the tech call with me, walked me through so many pieces and components and we were able to actually really focus on a couple of things that were extremely important to me and get it set up and give me enough information that I was able to move forward with it. So I have been helped on so many levels. That was probably the absolute best, especially when you're a business owner and you're getting set up and you have so many things to already do on your plate to have amazing set up people to walk you through stuff. But I will definitely not discount or forget their amazing chat support, which has been a lifesaver for when I'm working late nights.
Can you describe Pinnacle Ai in three words?
Kat Polsinelli: If I had to describe Pinnacle Ai, in three words, first off, that's hard to do because there's so many amazing things. But I would definitely say they are efficient, they are effective and they simplify to be able to have everything in one space and not just complicated in one space but simplified with efficiency. With build outs. You can't ask for anything better.
What's the best thing about Pinnacle Ai that makes it unique?
Kat Polsinelli: I feel like the best thing about Pinnacle Ai while there's, I feel like 10,000 things that I could say is one their amazing support, chat support is just beyond efficient, beyond respectful, beyond helpful and cuts the time like in half when I'm needing to get answers to a question, instead of having to go back and forth and send all these screenshots and hope they understand what I'm saying. But I would definitely also say another thing that makes them super unique is this amazing AI tool that is built inside of their program to have the ability to take everything from your company, including your values, your bio and anything else that you could think of that you want to use that you would generally have to kind of copy and paste to put in Chat GPT. It is amazing to be able to just click a button and toggle it on and it pull all of this information and then help you break down your avatar who you want to target. How do you want to have the conversation? Do you want to send an email? Is this going to be a text message. Are we building a landing page without having to leave the hub that you are already in? That you were already building in, in the past. I've had to have several different systems up for email, for contracts for my CRM. Then go to chat G BT to be able to pull more stuff that I needed to help lay all that out. And you know, you've got all these tabs open. I really think that that is something that makes Pinnacle. I super unique in the fact that everything literally can be done in one space.
