Can you describe a time or how Pinnacle Ai has helped you?
Jeff Sera: The Pinnacle software is amazing in how robust it is, how much control it gives you over. Just about every aspect of your business. You can build mailing list, you can integrate automation. You can set up a custom calendar with questionnaires that automatically input data into your CRM. So you don't have to use a third party like Zapier or something to integrate those things. And not only is the software amazing and full of functions and things that I have yet to discover, but the staff is, is ridiculously knowledgeable and supportive. Charles Higgins, the owner and founder took time at 1 a.m. his time to take a break from his call of duty just to support me with a question I had, you know, I just happened to ping him and he replied and he was like, hey, let's jump on a zoom and walk through this and we spent at least an hour and a half, walking through some of the things I had questions around where he was able to find, you know, various workarounds based on the software's functionality for the very specific needs that I had. And, you know, again, I, I don't know of any other software that has that level of customer support where, you know, they'll drop what they're doing, especially playing games at one in the morning just to, you know, make sure that you're able to use and uh utilize the, the software in a way that, makes sense for you and your business and your brand. And not only that, this is, this is before my initial onboarding calls with his team. And so I had two calls earlier this week with the team that again, walked me through step by step, various aspects to make sure everything I had was fully integrated with the platform. So, you know, all my social media is connected, all my calendars are connected, everything that I need. There were also aspects of OK, I don't, I don't use that aspect. So we got to skip that. And you know, they just let me know if I ever need to circle back then. I have their calendar links. I have ways to contact them to reach out for support. There's built in questions or the the chat function where you can always ask for support that way as well. And so, you know, his team went above and beyond with providing information context as well as giving demonstrations and showing me live on a zoom one on one how to use various features of Pinnacle AI. So if you're even questioning it, if you're even considering it, stop looking for anything else. It's, it's taken...It's replaced of a variety of tools that I've been using and it gives me so much more control and power because it's already integrated to itself. So again, I can't, I can't thank Charles and the team enough. Brandon Drake as well has been a huge support to getting me functionality and understanding of the software and how I can utilize it for my networking. So again, thank you and yeah, check it out. It's definitely worth, worth the cost.

What's the best thing about Pinnacle Ai that makes it unique?
Jeff Sera: The best thing that I like about Pinnacle AI is how, how much control you have, how much customization is available for all of the form function and everything that you can really utilize it for. And then the way that it really seamlessly integrates, right? So if somebody hops on my calendar, I can create very custom selected fields that will populate my CRM with that data. So I, I love that.
