Hi, guys. This is Aslihan. And I'm a kundalini again meditation instructor. Hopefully, we are going to come together soon and go on a journey. Well, whether you tried it before or never heard of it, Or maybe you might have done other yoga styles. This is all about creating that quiet space for yourself, for your body, for your mind, for your soul, and giving a beautiful gift to yourself to relax. Because throughout our day, we have so many responsibilities. And life nowadays is pretty pretty busy, huh? And it's, uh, I. I hear this from my students. Like, Oh, like I have so many things to do. Uh, work is busy, the kids and this and that. So these reasons never ends. But once we decide to create the space for ourselves, like in the end of that one hour, we always feel thankful for the experience and for giving that to ourselves. Right. So, congratulations. Somehow you ended up here and we're going to meet soon. I'm super excited and happy. My journey with kundalini yoga, Like from the very first moment I've done it. I was just feeling it, You know, it was the time that I was looking for a powerful method where I could connect with myself and, um and after practising it for a couple of years, I decided to become a teacher. And now I'm coming together with a lot of students and sharing this beautiful ancient technique with them and witnessing the results. So if it's your first class, you will receive some guidance like what to bring and what you should prepare. In addition to that, Just just open your mind, open your heart and come and enjoy the class. You don't need to do anything extra If you've never meditated before, that's OK. I will. I will explain everything that you need to know, and we never need to be perfect. We never need to be anything to create the space for ourselves. Um, I'm not sure what else I can add. Um, this is a This is a very special technique that we're gonna use Mantra's body. Uh, do some breath work. Um, so just make sure that you you are comfortable. Just make sure that you're open minded and just make sure that you make the most of it, because I think it's a great chance sending lots of love and hugs and hope to come together soon.
