Why do you vote? What brought you to the polls this year?
Doretha Johnson : Hello, America. My name Doretha Johnson are born away here in the United States of America. When I was coming up, the Children used to be a song on the TV. S used to sing to every child. Want every boy want to be president when we prayed. And there was a commercial nowadays with all the disrespect and rudeness in the White House and all over this country, all the hatred and the violence and everything. All these kids not don't have a president, they can look up to anymore like they once did. When I was coming up, everyone respected the president and thought being the president of the United States was an honor, Donald Trump and people like Donald Trump got into the office and stepped on the values of the United States, the ethics and honor. God didn't proclaim to put hatred at him in this world. He always promoted love.
Doretha Johnson : But I vote every year I vote because I care about what's happened to this country and I want everyone to go out here and vote, not out of fear, but because you wanna make a difference, you wanna change things in this world. It's time for a change.
