Introduce yourself, and tell us what you would say to someone who doesn’t have a financial plan.
Jeff O.: Hi there. My name is Jeff. I'm a first time client with my wife of Kevin and Chris Campbell with Peaks Financial. I would say that never having financial advisors before, Chris and Kevin have been stellar and providing services, bringing us up to speed about what our goals for our life, how we can meet those financial goals and coaches coaching us along the way. It's, it's really helpful to make sure that someone who is trained, a team actually who was trained and professional. Are there looking out for our best interests. And I always appreciate the communication working with them.
What made you choose to work with Peaks Financial?
Jeff O.: The reason why my wife and I chose Peaks Financial is because we have a relationship with Kevin and Chris. We have known them for a number of years and we've heard from a few other clients about how wonderful it's actually been to, to work with them, identify clear financially objective goals, what we hope to achieve with certain time frames and then just do an assessment about, you know, where are we financially, where do we want to go and then come up with a plan of how we're gonna get there. What's been unbelievably helpful is doing that comprehensive assessment of where we are right now and then making a plan of where we want to go and knowing that we're taking bite sized pieces off each meeting. And each time it's also been unbelievably helpful to have them on board and connect them with our CPA. So we're all aligned as a larger team, even though we're with different organizations. I can't stress how happy we've been with them and I'm looking forward to many future more years
How did you feel after going through the financial planning process?
Jeff O.: Alright, how I feel about going through the financial process. I feel that I was supported the whole way. My wife and I feel great about this, but I'll speak for myself that we did an assessment of where we were going through the financial process. We understand not only where we were but where we want to go and we have identified key steps in doing it. We're still part of this journey. So not everything is fully finished right now, but there's not a rush, it's taking time and it's something I really appreciate about Peaks Financial is making sure that we're educated along the way and at a pace where it's, you know, it just doesn't go in one ear and out the other year.
If there’s one word you could use to describe your experience with us, what would it be and why?
Jeff O.: If there's one word I can use to describe my experience with Peaks Financial, it would be supportive. I have felt fully supported along this whole journey and still quite a bit to do.
