What has your overall experience been like working with Patten Title?
Ben Deal: Working with Patten Title has always been great, and it's been that way over the last 8 or 9 years since I started working with Patten through one of the top real estate investors in town that I worked with, and Patten was his dedicated title company, especially for real estate investment deals. Since then, I've moved on, but I have not moved on from working with Patten. I consistently reach out to them. One of the big things that I love with Patten is that they've got a team concept for how they go through an execute transactions and really get you and I to the closing table. So, super grateful for them, all the way from Ashley Patten to all of the closing team specialists and, and people that they have there to get the deals done. So I'm just super grateful for Patten. Highly recommend encourage anyone to take a look and use Patten.
How has Patten Title supported your business or clients?
Ben Deal: Patten Title first and most importantly, supports my business by getting my deals done and getting them done in a timely manner where we all get to the closing table so the deals get done. That is the most important piece for me is the execution of the business and the service that they provide. Second and almost just as importantly, Patten has always been there to support me in the events that I put on. I'm very active in the real estate investment community and I host a lot of events from I'm, uh, expand, uh, annual conference to my bi-monthly showcases, investor agent showcases. Aldridge Jack specifically is a guy I know, love and trust, has been a key partner with Patten, and he has always been able to go out, get the resources from Patten, most importantly, show up and support. So I'm super grateful for Patten, especially Aldridge Jack, all the work that he does to go out and support the community and spread the good word of what Patten is doing.
What sets Patten Title apart from other title companies you've worked with?
Ben Deal: There's a couple of things that set Patten Title apart. One, it's their focus and expertise in getting real estate investment deals done. A lot of title companies can do the day to day transactional volume, uh, deal that's in the real estate world. Very few can do the specialized and address the specialized needs of an investment deal. And so, Patten Title has always been able to go through and sometimes go above and beyond uh what's needed to get deals closed because they've got incredible resources, expertise at the company and also all the way up to Ashley Patten, who's a lawyer, and he can get into the deals to help get those move forward. So it's absolutely incredible what they do in the investor space. The other thing too is just the people. And I'll mention Aldridge, Jack, uh, he is absolutely a key to the success in my relationship with Patten Title. So I'm just super grateful for Aldridge, all the work that he does, his energy, how he always shows up and supports, and then in turn gets Patten to support a lot of the efforts that I have going on as well.
