Andrew Gardner: So I just wanted to take a minute and let you all know that that's been our experience.
What has your overall experience been like working with Patten Title?
Andrew Gardner: Hey, my name is Andrew Gardner, and I'm the owner of Leak Properties. We're a real estate company here in Houston. Uh, I've been working with Patten Title for quite a while now. We work with Stephanie Clark and Nakia, and I've got nothing but great things to say about, Stephanie and Nakia and the whole Patten Team. You know, obviously they're super professional, do a great job of handling our transactions, working with the buyers and sellers on the other side to make sure that everything gets closed on time. But the reason we have been so loyal to Stephanie and Nikia over all these years is that they just have kind of a sixth sense when it comes to transactions, title issues, and on multiple occasions they've actually saved us from going forward with sellers who are trying to commit fraud and selling those pieces of property that they actually didn't have, you know, the rightful interest in. And it saved our business. I mean, tremendous amounts of money, huge headaches, and they've just been great partners to us over the years. So I just wanted to take a minute and let you all know that that's been our experience. If you are looking for a new title rep, somebody to work with who's gonna take good care of you, I can't recommend Patten Title highly enough. So give them a shout and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
How has Patten Title supported your business or clients?
Andrew Gardner: Yeah, Patten Title has been just, I mean, great all around, you know, there's the basic title functions of just getting title commitment back, reviewing everything, working with sellers and buyers to make sure that all the documentation is available, working through inheritance and everything else that comes up when you go to sell a property, at least I kind of consider that the standard stuff, but what's really been above and beyond for us is kind of the. The expertise and the knowledge and really just like that extra 6th sense that they have when it comes to potential problems that might pop up during the process, you know, we've had a couple sellers try to sell us properties fraudulently and you know, in every circumstance, you know, the, the title team was able to suss that out at some point along the way. And really let us know what was going on and it's protected our business tremendously from getting involved with lawsuits and having things go sideways, so it's really comes down for me not just about the general customer service but also the trust of really having our business' best interest in mind and making sure that we're not getting ourselves involved with something that's gonna, you know, causes some damage down the road.
What sets Patten Title apart from other title companies you've worked with?
Andrew Gardner: In my 5 years of business, I think we've been through 4 or 5 different title companies and really had a hard time finding a team that was just good all around, um, you know, some people are a little bit cheaper, some people do different types of transactions, but with patent title, especially with Stephanie and Nikia. Uh, we really haven't found any closers that, you know, take better care of us as a business, um, you know, are reasonable with the fees and just generally process things in a super professional and really thoughtful manner, so I think it's, you know, combination of just their basic business and customer service, uh, but also the skill and expertise that they have and their ability to, you know, really work with more complicated files to get things closed. And it's not often that you find somebody like that. So for us, I mean, we really, we've been loyal to them for years now and plan to keep working with them for all those reasons.
