What impact does passion4projects.academy have on your professional life? (e.g.: how does it help you?)
My name is Fabienne Orban. I'm a senior business consultant in an IT consulting company. I'm a project leader and most of the times, um we are only a few females even though sometimes I'm just myself. And from time to time I have questions, I have problems. I have issues uh in the project business. And here comes Ines into place since she has a great knowledge across different industries alongside different projects. She has always an idea. Um uh question anything that helps me to target problems, to go into conflicts uh to help my team grow even more, to address the customer's needs, whatever this is needed. Besides the knowledge from Ines I really like in the program that we have so many females from different industries. Be it female founders, entrepreneurs um all have different backgrounds and altogether we help each other to grow and um we rise by lifting others.
What are some learnings, results or realisations you had?
My name is Fabienne Orban and I am working as a project leader in a consulting it, consulting company. One of my learnings I had with Ines during our coaching sessions was know your own value from time to time. We as a woman, we tend to um put a light under the table or we don't shine as bright as we could. We are not as self-confident or we are not as straightforward as we could be, especially in a room full of people, especially in a male dominated um area as I'm working in and Ines helped me to go into the depths of my heart, so to say, and uh look at into my value, what do I bring on the table and stand up for my values, for my rights, for my arguments and have the courage to speak out loud. And as Sheryl Sandberg says, lean in and this is one of the key takeaways I've already had during one of our coaching sessions.

My name is Fabienne Orban. I'm working as a project leader in an IT consulting company. And what I like most about passion for project is the uniqueness of women that come together. Ines has such a gift, bringing in people, females across different countries, different languages, all have different backgrounds, but we all have the same passion. We want to go further, we want to thrive, we want to make a career, we want to make the best out of us. And I really benefit from all different aspects um all different backgrounds. Be it female entrepreneurs, career, business women. And alongside this, there's always a very, very good and um on a high quality um guidance by Ines alongside our project questions since Ines has such a very good and long time experience in dealing with complex project. She always has ideas. Um Yeah, aspects that help us and we all gather from each other and we all help each other. We rise by lifting others. Yes.
