Emanuela: Hi, my name is Emanuela. I'm a key account manager working in the sustainability area and I'm also a new entrepreneur building my own coaching business. Thanks to passion4projects academy I have a weekly dedicated appointment in my Calender where I can seek guidance on difficult tasks both in my job as well as in my business. It's also a space where I can improve my skills in managing projects, navigating conflicts and overcoming my own limitations. What are some learnings, results or realisations you had?
Emanuela: One of my first realizations in Ina's passion4projects academy was, that many other women often face similar challenges in their corporate careers or as entrepreneurs being part of this group has made me see that I'm not alone in navigating these obstacles. Since joining passion4projects academy I have gained more confidence and improved my communication skills, especially when it comes to handling conflicts and standing up for myself. I have also experienced a significant mindset shift as I continue my journey as an entrepreneur and I have noticed a transformation in how I approach challenges and opportunities.
