Paul Caudillo: Hi, my name is Doctor Paul Caudillo and I am a clinic director at the Buena Vista Clinic. And I've been working at Pair & Marotta since April 2015.
Tell us what you like most about working at Pair & Marotta?
Paul Caudillo: What I like most about working at Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy has to be the autonomy of practice. I literally was able to envision and create this clinic here at Buena Vista and having that opportunity with with Pair & Marotta to create my own four walls is a really special thing.
Describe what you like best about Bakersfield, CA
Paul Caudillo: So what I like most about living in Bakersfield, it has to be the, affordability. The cost of living is lower typically here than, your coastal cities or even up north in California. But it's also in close proximity to some of the funnest things you can do in California. Whether you want to go snowboarding, that's four hours away. If you want to go to Las Vegas, that's four hours away. If you want to get to the beach, it's like an hour and a half to two hours. If you want to go to Hollywood and chill by the pool, that's like an hour and a half, it's close to everything and you can still own a house here. All right, and raise a family if that's what you want to do. So, it's a great spot. I Love it here. I'm from here.
