Bernadette Advincula: One thing I like most about working for Pair & Marotta is that we treat everyone like family, My day to day basis. Doesn't feel like work at all. It just feels like I'm hanging out with my friends with my family and making sure that we create a safe environment and a welcoming space for everyone.
Describe what you like best about Bakersfield, CA
Bernadette Advincula: I commute from Delano to Bakersfield every day. From work. What I like best about where I live. It's, it's a small city. So coming to Bakersfield has really exposed me to diverse cultures and also meeting people from different walks of life.
