Nathanael LHeureux: Hey, well, you know, I can't just answer one thing that I love about Oversight because there's too many. So let me start by saying, I love that Oversight has an amazing technology that solves real problems. And companies like Google built their own, but they say that ours is better. We've solved problems that others had not been able to solve in years. The technology is excellent. Not only that, but I love the team here that we're working with. You know, everybody pulls their weight, they help others competent, working together. It's really an amazing team. I've built friendships over the years that I, I just enjoy working with. I love talking with others in the within Oversight. So it's a team of people who are like family who are working together. And finally, when we have customers who love our solution and, and they love what we do. So, I mean, what, what's not to love? It's a great place to work. I enjoy coming in when you've got a product that solves real problems working with people who you enjoy. And finally the customers love it too. It doesn't get any better than that.
Dhaval karnatki: Hi. Hi. I'm working in Oversight. Gives me good exposure to working with clients and this has given me a lot of learning opportunity and I really, I'm grateful for this. So I like challenging task to be worked on. So, working in sustaining engineering team provides us lot, lots of challenging task to work on and we have direct exposure to the client itself. So that's the good apart from Oversight with working on our side.
Brent Jones: Yeah. Happy birthday Oversight. As we celebrate 20 years, I'm celebrating five years as an employee of this great company. As far as my favorite thing about working at Oversight, it's going to sound cliche, but it's the great people I get to work with. I appreciate my team and I appreciate everyone here who brings such passion to their work. Happy birthday.
Kortnie Vagner: My favorite thing about working for Oversight. If I have to pick one thing, it would be the people. I've been with Oversight since 2019 and I can't say enough about the relationships and the people I work with. it makes my job worth coming to every day and I feel lucky and fortunate to be a part of the Oversight family.
Ravi Ranjan Karn: Yes, Hello, I'm and I'm part of the analytics team. What I like about Oversight is the way they support people by doing the knowledge sharing in a very rich manner. They don't hold themselves when they're sharing the knowledge. It helps us to look at the code to build the connection with each person in, in the team. And that in turn contributes to the productivity. That's what I like. Hi And as you all know, like data is a crucial part of, you know, any business and what we do at Oversight as a part of analytics team to convert the data into analytics and give an opportunity to build a business around that. So that is what I like it like making a automated way to bring the business. Thank you. I like, you know, getting new things at the Oversight. So we are kind of, you know, in a phase where we are transforming our old techs to the new tech and you know, using cutting edge technologies to build new things. This is what I like in the Oversight. Hi What I like about Oversight is the work culture and a relationship between the client and the team. OK. That has been very good, evolve and like whatever, whatever doubts and all things we have, like we can do, ping them and, and they're very, and they are very politely, they answer on that as well. So it's a good relation with them. That's what I learn about Oversight. Hi, I talk about the evolution of the analytics team. So the how we are evolving and how we are able to contribute to the oversight project. OK. So that is very going very well and the appreciation which normally uh the clients do for us and the overall collaboration. I just like it. I, I would say I would just love it. So that's a very wonderful thing. I feel. Yes. Hi, I, I recently joined the team. It's been only one month but like how team has welcomed me was very nice here and uh it's very like a cooperative team. So the on boarding process and other training parties also going very well. Looking forward to work with the team. Thank you, as you have heard from my entire team, right? I really agree to what points they have mentioned. However, there are a few other things that I really love about Oversight first is their unique use case, I would say, OK, the product that we are building it is it has really unique features. I, I have seen the way they have built it in the past and they are very open to the ideas that we are giving to, you know, modernize it. So that is what probably I'm liking about the phase that we are going through on rebuilding what we have built for the last 15 years again into the new technology.
Harry Singleton: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is my team. It's the members of not only my core team but also the people I partner with on a regular basis. They're all part of my team and the team that made things happen. This team is truly extraordinary.
Amy Hanusey: Happy Birthday! So my very favorite thing about being at Oversight and I'm new. So about four months in and my favorite thing is probably the um willingness to help of everyone as a new employee. and new software, it's can be daunting and it's been amazing to see how everyone has pitched in and offered their help with great patience to help me and, and get me up to where I need to be. But my absolute favorite thing is probably the support for management and that's my line manager, but also the ones above to really enable me to do what I do best every day. So I am grateful for the culture and the collaboration and the team spirit at here at Oversight.
Ashlee Bloom: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is the people.
Steve Wagner: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is definitely the people, everyone that I've engaged with so far has had a genuine passion for both their role and in the mission. And that's made me inspired to want to do my job, to the best of its ability.
John Pascoe: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is that I get to work where I work best, but I still have opportunities to go into the office and interact with my team and coworkers in person.
Scott Martin: My favorite thing about working at oversight is our flexible work schedule, which includes working remote and the focus on work and life balance.
Christa Johnson: So what's my favorite thing about working at Oversight? I would definitely have to say the people the people at this company are the absolute best. So from the bottom of my heart, as an HR person who, who works with the people at this company frequently. Thank you for being who you are and I wish you a very happy birthday Oversight.
Suyash Tiwari: What I like about the Oversight is how they acknowledge our effort in day to day life. Like, like what they are, what we have put in. They always acknowledge our effort and they always give us the motivation to work, get into in the Oversight, learn more things about them and the information they are sharing. So this is the best thing I can like I can reach out all the Oversight teams I like Oversight team. They are very supportive person. So whatever I see issues coming from in front of my side. So I just connect with onshore teams. So they are very supportive in nature. So every time he supports us very well. So thank you. I'm working for Oversight. So what I like about Oversight is that they are very, very, they are very helpful. They are they are very personal, they are very very friendly environment. They helps you maintain the work life balance and very supportive that's what I, I love to work with all the team members. They are very, and this is what, and they helps you maintain each and everything about your work.
Kristin Reichman: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is it is a company whereby you can achieve whatever it is you desire through hard work, effort, dedication, and a little bit of Moxie. There are very few companies out there which really and truly focus on providing individuals with pathways for success. No matter what you choose to do. If you even want to migrate to other parts of the organization, you have that chance to do that within the company. As long as you show great value, tenacity and a desire to learn and of course, be humble in the process. Often you may find that you are given chances to do things in which you had never even thought you would be doing. And those opportunities can completely open doors and offer you with new environments to engage and challenge you in ways in which you just simply cannot often find working for a corporation. And so for that reason, that is my absolute favorite thing about working for Oversight.
Julia Versaci: My favorite thing about working at Oversight has always been the people and I've never worked with a group of brilliant, talented kind and funny people. In all the years that I've been in it, which is more years than I'd like to admit. So I know what a rare and precious thing that is.
Anmol Sinha: Hello everyone. Hi, everyone. So my favorite thing about working in Oversight has been the team that I have got. That's the Automation Team, a part of the testing team. I have got the best, I should say the best team ever because whenever I have needed any kind of help, they have been always upright for helping me for anything. I have grown my skills a lot while working in this project and I'm looking forward to develop myself more in this, more in the upcoming future. So yeah, that's all from my side. Thank you actually. Yeah. So this Oversight gives us enjoyable moment, enjoyable team to work with each and every member of the team. So team is very, very much collaborative to work here. We are completing our whatever task we are getting, we are completing within the time with the help of the team members, we are supporting to each and every member. So this is a this thing. I like this Oversight. Definitely, I will grow with Oversight. Thank you, action. Hello, all. So for me, Oversight is progressive because as an automation engineer, every day, we are getting so many challenges. It is every day is very inspiring for us because we get the chance to to resolve the challenge, to resolve issues, to take up the new challenges and also explore the things because we get that chance in Oversight. So for me, Oversight is very progressive and for me as well as for the organization. Thank you, Hello, everyone. it's been good one month for me in Oversight. And you know, it's good to be a part of the 20th anniversary, so happy 20th anniversary Oversight. And one good thing that I like about Oversight is interacting with the clients, the new challenges that I have to face every day and I feel really motivated being here. Thank you.
Binny Amatya: My favorite thing about working at Oversight is the people and the culture, the people are kind and humble and always willing to help. And the culture is one that fosters teamwork, people coming together and helping each other and just the camaraderie of everyone working at this company is commendable. So I really appreciate that.
