How did you find your way to your current role at OTR Web?
Ian Conklin: After 30 years in the transportation industry, It was time to make a change and I went into the web business uh I started otr in 1999, and it has been a great experience.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at OTR Web?
Ian Conklin: My favorite part of coming to work is watching our team work together. They do such a fabulous job and I'm so proud of them. Uh Sometimes I just sit back and listen to them and smile as I see how good they are and what great work they perform. My favorite day of the week is Tuesdays when we all get together and we get to cook lunch together and just enjoy the good time that we have and chat over over lunch. And sometimes I cook. Sometimes some of the other team members cook, but it's always a good time and it's great food and great fun.
What stands out to you about the culture at OTR Web?
Ian Conklin: One of the best parts of the culture at OTR is how much fun we have. We enjoy working together as a team. We respect each other and when you respect each other's abilities, um Each person has a role to play and each person plays that role very well. The end result of our team working together is a very accomplished and professional product and one which I can be very proud of.
