Speaker: Natasha, Oshi Health Patient
Natasha: Oshi has helped me reduce the stress around through this holiday season, because they've helped me understand why my symptoms are happening.
What is the hardest part of managing your GI symptoms during the holidays?
Natasha: The hardest part of managing my GI symptoms during the holiday seasons is not eating the things that I love. Unfortunately, there are certain foods that give me heartburn, and I have to stay away from those. So this season, some of my flare-ups have been anything that's spicy. I come from a cultured family, so we get to have nice spicy foods on these types of holidays, and I can't eat them. So unfortunately, my GI symptoms have been bothering me quite a bit this season.
How does Oshi help you approach the holidays differently?
Natasha: This year, Oshi has helped me approach the holidays differently by giving me a treatment plan that works. I've been working with my provider to be able to help manage my symptoms and knowing what triggers me. So this year, I'm excited to be able to experience dishes that I have not been able to experience in the past, because I have a treatment plan that actually works.
