Erica H.: Honestly, I've been through a lot with GI over the last 10 years, and this has been the most comprehensive, the most well thought out, well designed program for GI that I've ever experienced. and I would just say,

"Before Oshi, I used to memorize where all the bathrooms were around town."

Erica H.: So life before Oshi was very miserable. I was trying a bunch of medications that were not working. I was experiencing a lot of side effects from them. I'm going from doctor to doctor. Nobody seems to care or be really listening to my symptoms and how things might be related under lots of, lots of stress, um. With my life at home and other things that were going on in my life, uh lots of anxiety, not able to go places because I'm afraid that there's nothing there I can eat or that I might have to get to a bathroom. So life is very much centered around bathrooms to the point where I would actually memorize where all the bathrooms were around town, so that if I did have to go, I could get there quickly. So, um, the last straw was uh the doctor prescribed was called a. black box warning for a particular drug. So that is the highest warning that the FDA gives for a medicine that may have a serious side effect. And the side effect on that medication was cancer. And so that was pretty much the last straw for me. I just decided that I did not want to take that and I was just hoping that I could get something that would work. It was about that time that I received an email from Oshi saying there was this virtual GI team, and at that point I was like, what do I have to lose? So that's how I came to Oshi.

"My life has changed by leaps and bounds. I love where I'm at now—and I know it's because of Oshi."

Erica H.: So how's my life changed since Oshi just leaps and bounds. I just, it's such an amazing program. So first of all, I felt heard. It's very hard to heal, when you feel that people aren't really listening to you or connecting with you or understanding what's going on with you. So, first of all, I got that and I got that because oh she provides a team of people. So I had a GI person, I had a dietitian. And I had a gut brain therapist or specialist, and so all of them actually worked together and talked to each other, an amazing program. Uh, the dietitian helped the most, I would say, because she would give me some recommendations on diet, and then right away I was feeling better, even though I was actually on a diet, the diet I was on was not supportive and it was not really helping me to heal. But as soon as I started working more closely with the dietitian, And the tools that she gave me, I started seeing improvements right away. So I love where I'm at now. It's been a little while since I've been on the program, but I, my symptoms have greatly improved, and I know it's because of Oshi.

"Once I understood the gut-brain connection and how that played into my GI symptoms—I really started feeling better."

Erica H.: I love Oshi and you guys will love it too, because the one thing that they do that other GI providers do not do is they work on the gut brain connection. And once I understood how that played into my GI symptoms and I did all the tools uh that they recommended in order to help repair that disconnect, I really started feeling better and had much less incidences of not feeling well. And so I highly recommend it. It's virtual, but it's the best thing ever because you, you can't leave your house anyway, most likely. So it's great that it's virtual. It comes to you. I've already recommended friends and family to join the program. You won't regret it. Just give it a try, especially if you're one like me and you've tried almost everything else. You will love Oshi, trust me.
