How did you feel about your GI symptoms before starting care with Oshi, and how do you feel about them now?
Megan B.: Uh, before starting with, um, Oshi Health, I had so many GI issues and I was so confused as to what they were, what they were coming from, what was causing them. Um, but now after meeting with the care team, I feel like I have answers. I understand what's going on, and I understand what to do to make sure that I don't experience them anymore.
What tips or strategies have you learned while working with Oshi that are helping you live a better life today?
Megan B.: My care team with Oshi, help me with a lot of different strategies and tips. So I now understand how to meditate effectively, how to do deep breathing exercises, how to really handle my symptoms that still come up even when I have a food that isn't typically a trigger for me. Um, and I just feel so much more empowered and in control when I'm like out in public because I don't have to worry so much about symptoms showing up. And if they do, I know how to handle them.
How would you describe your Oshi experience to a friend who might be struggling with similar symptoms?
