How were GI symptoms impacting your quality of life before you found Oshi?
Jennifer S.: My GI symptoms were heavily impacting my quality of life. The constant heartburn was not only making it hard for me to eat, but it was making it hard for me to sleep. I was getting very nauseous at nighttime, and I was having horrible feelings of chest pain and burning sensations when I was trying to lay down. Using the app was very convenient because I was able to schedule my appointments from the comfort of my home by using my phone or my computer, and not having to wait 3 to 6 months to see a provider in person. We all know how frustrating that can be.
How has your life changed since working with Oshi? Is there anything you can do now that you couldn't before?
Jennifer S.: My life has changed for the better with Oshi. The flexibility and ease of directly connecting with the provider through my phone and computer and managing my problems with prescriptions and sending them directly to my home was such a time saver. It also is easy for me to get a consultation with a dietitian and a behavioral health specialist that is specialized in management of therapy with GI related problems.
