How long have you worked for ORC?
Chris Haid: I joined the ORC team in September of 2022.
Why were you attracted to ORC?
Chris Haid: There were really two things that attracted me to ORC Number one was the opportunity to create a better work life balance, and number two, I wanted to join a company that had the same values that I do personally.
What is the best thing about working at ORC?
Chris Haid: The thing I like most about working at O. R. C is the people everyone genuinely cares about one another and respects one another. And I think that really goes a long way in building a positive workplace culture.
