Introduce yourself and your business.

Dan W.: Hey, my name's Dan. I'm with Container Brewing Limited. We're a brewery, you probably guessed that already. Up here in East Vancouver, Canada. And yeah, this is just a quick little video to sort of give my double thumbs up on OptimoRoute. I've used other tools in the past and found that they were honestly just not as good, not as robust as OptimoRoute. It's very easy for us to import the daily routes for drivers. There are some of our customers that like to actually receive the, you know, sort of live tracking link and estimates of delivery, which is obviously something super handy that OptimoRoutes provides. The ability to, of course, customize a priority is huge for us. And then of course, from the end-user standpoint, our driver with the mobile app, it just makes it real easy knowing what's coming. Being able to enter notes so that they are aware of anything special at the delivery or pickup, whatever it may be. And yeah, all in all it is just a great tool, fairly intuitive, pretty easy to use. I don't think I ever have used support to be honest with you because, it is that easy. But obviously I imagine support is great too. So there you go. What can I tell you? Get in there, use it and, I think you'll be happy with it. Thanks very much.

Marisa P.: Hi, my name is Marisa Pelayo. I work for Filter Services Inc. and we realized when we needed OptimoRoute after the growth that we've seen over the last couple of years. We needed to optimize our routing in our warehouse for our deliveries. And we found OptimoRoute and we felt that this was a good way for us to get the ball rolling and we've been utilizing it for a couple of months and it's been working really well for us so far. So yeah, we're really excited about it.

How has OptimoRoute changed the way you work?

David H.: I chose OptimoRoute because it was a preferred vendor for my franchise. I've used OptimoRoute for over a year now and it takes all the guesswork out of planning my technicians' routes for the week. Every Sunday I go into OptimoRoute and it takes me maybe 10 minutes to plan my week's worth of routing for my customers. So, 10 minutes a week to plan my customers' routes, it's, you know, it's a game-changer.

What are your 3 favorite things?

Victor N.: The three things that I like the most about OptimoRoute are the live feed, being able to track the route and the the crew live in real time. Next to that is also being able to have tracked where the crew has been, so knowing where they have been and how long they spent on each stop is a key thing and also being able to do less many changes to the route, being able to change around the routes from one crew to another. I think that's also part of what I thought it was a great fit.

How has OptimoRoute made you more efficient?

Durukan D.: Speed is really important for the for the job I'm doing because I do my own deliveries as well. I'm a Fishmonger so the fish delivery is quite critical as speed-wise because you cannot miss it and you cannot bring it to the depot. So it needs to be delivered on time and the customer should be collecting it on time. So OptimoRoute gives me that flexibility. so I can choose my time and I can be on time. And I can tell my customers what time I'm gonna be there. So it's really important and because I can choose a service time and because I can choose the route and all and if, there is like a special instruction from the customers at what time they can collect it and I can change it from the system that this should be. If there is fourth stop that needs to be the fifth, you can change it from the system and it gives you a lot of flexibility and it makes you earn time from it.

Describe OptimoRoute in a few words.

Heather C.: I would describe OptimoRoute as very easy, efficient and flexible.

Isabella D.: I would describe OptimoRoute as an efficient, helpful platform to run for courier services and other driving needs.
