How did you manage route planning before OptimoRoute?
Jacob A.: Before OptimoRoute, I would use MapPoint and I highly prefer OptimoRoute over MapPoint because you can manage multiple resources, keeps track of the duration, miles traveled, and also efficiencies.
How has OptimoRoute helped your business?
Jacob A.: OptimoRoute has helped my business by reducing the amount of people that we used to have to manage the schedule. I think we went from 3 people to 2, to now 1.
How easy is OptimoRoute to use?
Jacob A.: OptimoRoute is super easy to use. It's very user friendly. You just have to learn how to make it do what you want it to do, instead of just always allowing it to run the routes, just ways that you can manipulate it to give you even more efficiency.
How important are speed and flexibility for your business?
Jacob A.: Speed and flexibility is very important for my business. I generally take 2 weeks to create a monthly schedule and it's helped to minimize that down to 5-7 days sometimes, depending on the amount of work. But it supremely helped to save time and flexibility.
