Durukan D.: Hi, my name is Durukan. I'm a Fishmonger. I started doing deliveries last year and I needed some application or a website that can help me do my deliveries because I was doing everything manually. So, there was a need to put all my deliveries in order and give me a route so I can follow it.
How has OptimoRoute changed the way you work?
Durukan D.: I chose OptimoRoute because I did some research and I read the reviews and I realized that's the program that I needed. And it made my job quite faster actually, because it was just easy to put all the details and addresses - everything. And it was really helping me to transfer all the jobs that I need to do from computer to my phone and I can just follow it and I can send it to my drivers as well. So it was quite, quite easier to use.
What are your 3 favorite things?
Durukan D.: My three favorite things about OptimoRoute is how you can add addresses really quickly and very fast. And so you're not gonna have to deal with them for the next time you're doing the same delivery. And the second one is how you can transfer all the stops and all the jobs from your laptop or computer to your mobile phone really fast. And it's really easy actually. And the third one is how you can track your progress and choosing the service time is really good. So you don't have to, like stay behind your schedule if you choose the service time properly. You actually do all the deliveries on time. So, it makes your job a lot easier.
Has OptimoRoute made you more efficient?
Durukan D.: Speed is really important for the job I'm doing because I do my own deliveries as well. And I'm a Fishmonger. So the fish delivery is quite critical as speed-wise because you cannot miss it and you cannot bring it to the depot. So it needs to be delivered on time and the customer should be collecting it on time. So OptimoRoute gives me, that flexibility. So I can choose my time and I can be on time. And I can tell my customers what time I'm gonna be there. So it's really important and because I can choose a service time and because I can choose the route and all and if there is like a special instruction from the customer at what time they can collect it and I can change it from the system that this should be. If there is a fourth stop and it needs to be the fifth, you can change it from the system and it gives you a lot of flexibility and it makes your earn time from it.
