Introduce yourself and your business.

Heather C.: Hi, I'm Heather and I work with DTS Last-Mile and we absolutely love using OptimoRoute because we were looking for something that we could be able to do with Breadcrumbs. That is the biggest reason why we absolutely love using this and it's so easy. And actually I just had a customer call saying how awesome it was that, you know, we can, within 20 minutes of the delivery, they can actually track where the driver is. So they know to be at the back to collect all of the deliveries that they're getting today. So, absolutely love OptimoRoute and highly recommend it.

How has OptimoRoute changed the way you work?

Heather C.: We chose OptimoRoute because of the Breadcrumbs and being able to see where exactly the driver was going each time. And then we also, the way it changed, helped us work, is the fact that it allows us to see different drivers as different colors, which for me is just such an easy - first thing, as soon as you open the live, you know exactly who's where based on, or whose route is whose, based on the color.

What are your 3 favorite things?

Heather C.: Our top three things that we absolutely love about OptimoRoute is the Breadcrumbs, the color coordination of all the different routes, and the accessibility for the customers to be able to see that within 20 minutes, they can actually view when the driver is actually gonna be there so they can get to the end to the shipping dock, to the front door, to wherever they need to go to in order to collect those deliveries.

How has OptimoRoute made you more efficient?

Heather C.: We love the fact, of the optimization of the route because if we end up, get a customer call us saying, "Hey, we need to wait on the delivery." What we can do is actually go in, change it. So the flexibility of the actual route, like the routing is awesome. And then being able to get the best delivery time for the customers that are still in delivery and then be able to adjust that customer's delivery because they had to run out for whatever reason.

Describe OptimoRoute in a few words.

Heather C.: I would describe OptimoRoute as very easy, efficient, and flexible.
