How has OptimoRoute helped your business?
Dario S.: Hello, my name is Dario Soldan. I'm the President of Classico Distributor, wine and spirit distributor located in Arizona. We started working with OptimoRoute about 4 years ago and I cannot tell you what a major impact it had for us in, you know, starting implementing this software. Before, you know, the drivers were just doing their own route and you know, according to what they knew about their clients, you know, they will go to the first one place, second to the other one, but a lot of time they were going to one and then coming back because somebody wasn't there or that kind of stuff. Having implemented the system, it really saved a lot of time and got us much more organized. I can say then with an average, we've been saving between 1 and 2 hours of time per day per driver. So like I said, a huge, huge impact. Plus we're able to see where they are at any moment. That also has helped us a lot with communication with our clients. And then sometimes they wanted to know where were their deliveries, how far, you know, how far they could, they were going to get it and with OptimoRoute, we're able to log in and tell them, you know, your delivery is going to be within the next 17 minutes, you know, something like that. So it also had a tremendous impact on that side of communication and you know, between us and our clients.
