Introduce yourself and your business.

Yvonne S.: Hey there, my name is Yvonne over at the BMAC Food Bank. We use OptimoRoute to help with our delivery list for clients. As a food bank, we do home deliveries for clients around the community. OptimoRoute makes it incredibly easy to get those clients mapped out in an efficient way so that our drivers can efficiently deliver to everyone in a timely manner. And it cuts back on driving time, it cuts back on labor hours and it makes it just really easy to know exactly where you're going to, know who was home and who was not, and just in overall, really easy to keep track of everything.

What are your 3 favorite things about OptimoRoute?

Yvonne S.: Being in charge of logistics over at our food bank, some of the favorite things for me on OptimoRoute are being able to see where my drivers are throughout the route so that I can troubleshoot as I get client calls. I also enjoy the feature of being able to split routes between drivers and also the ability for orders to be marked completed or failed, just so it helps me see who's home for deliveries or not.

What about speed and flexibility?

Yvonne S.: When it comes to using OptimoRoute, I've found that the speed and flexibility of using it has been incredibly helpful to us. I'm able to input orders and manage through to different drivers really easily. It's really easy to pick up and the flexibility of just moving orders around has been super easy and I've been able to teach it to others quite fast, so it's super fast to get the hold of.

Describe OptimoRoute in a few words.

Yvonne S.: If I had to choose a couple of words to describe OptimoRoute, it would be efficient, reliable, and a lifesaver because it truly has made operations here at our food bank really efficient. It saved us a lot of time in between when we first started where drivers were literally going from one house to the other with no clear path. And it's made it just more of a consistent route that's efficient, easy to do, easy to track. And it has made it so that we are using our resources better.
