Victor N.: Hello, I am Victor from Arvigg Snow Management Company located in the Boston area. And for several years, I have been looking for a software that would handle all of the logistics of my account and I found OptimoRoute. Spoke with Denys and he was very welcoming in guiding me through the process. He allowed me to test the system for a trial period and it worked out great and I did use them for this past season of 2022/2023. And I have been fully satisfied with this software.
How has OptimoRoute changed the way you work?
Victor N.: The thing that attracted me the most to OptimoRoute and I think it suited all of our needs, was being able to track the crew on real-time and know exactly where they are. Not only recording the data of how they got there, but also being able to change in case if they are at a stop and the schedule needs to change last minute - also being able to do that. I thought those were very important features.
What are your 3 favorite things?
Victor N.: The three things that I like the most about OptimoRoute are the live feed, being able to track the route, the crew, live in real-time. Next to that is also being able to have tracked where the crew has been, so known where they have been and how long they spent on each stop is a key thing and also being able to do less many changes to the route, being able to change around the routes from one crew to another. I think that's also part of what I thought it was a great fit.
What about speed and flexibility?
Victor N.: It is right to say that speed and flexibility are the core of OptimoRoute. I have felt that the engineers have placed a lot of effort into that. I could atest to that and also the speed in which if there is a question about the software in which you could just log in and give them a call and you speak with somebody, I'll send them a message, and they will get back to you shortly - in a very short period. I think that is also something that it is great to mention.
Describe OptimoRoute in a few words.
Victor N.: OptimoRoute in a few words, is a logistics software that has flexibility to managing and allowing the manager to manage the crew in real-time. And not only it does that but it tracks a history of routes. And it allows you once again great flexibility to alter routes in real-time.
