Why did you choose OptimoRoute for your business?
Joseph W.: Our company uses OptimoRoute in many different ways. Definitely helps with cutting down mileage on various trips that we do have to take with our inspectors. We also do need to cut down just on the location and making sure everything is grouped. It has been a big asset to our team and again, appreciate OptimoRoute.
How did you manage route planning before OptimoRoute?
Joseph W.: We benefit from OptimoRoute in regards to the situation again, to cut down that mileage, better assist with our inspectors and make sure that we are in one unique area to then cut down costs.
How has OptimoRoute helped your business?
Joseph W.: OptimoRoute has cut our costs. Our mileage per stop was a lot higher, it was almost 3 or 4 miles per stop. We now have a goal to get to 2.5 which again was just hit in the last month so that we are very appreciative of pretty much, I guess, the tools that OptimoRoute has provided to us.
How easy is OptimoRoute to use?
Joseph W.: OptimoRoute is very easy to use, from using different interfaces to different tools. We do rotate from interface to interface, screen to screen. Very simple, easy and effective to use for our company.
How important are speed and flexibility for your business?
Joseph W.: I would say since we have taken over using OptimoRoute, it has better assisted us, again, the speed that it has taken for us to learn the system, get into the system, process what we need to do and then also utilize it in our workforce, has definitely been a key part of our success.
