Tell us about your company and why you chose OptimoRoute.
Ogbo A.: Hello, my name is Ogbo Ajiri, my company is Jayada LLC. We are a logistics company based in Maryland in the United States. We have been in business for about 5 to 6 years. And why did I choose OptimoRoute? I was looking for a cost effective, easy to use application. And after trying a couple of them, I stumbled onto OptimoRoute and it was surprisingly very easy to use, cost effective and since then we've been using it now, I think we've been with you guys for, 2-4 years now and everything has been pretty much seamless most of the time.
How did you plan your routes before OptimoRoute?
Ogbo A.: Before OptimoRoute we used to use like MapQuest and fill in our addresses and go from there. Then after a while we were using another app online that was free and these were working, but the ease of work was not as efficient as I would have liked. Then the biggest benefit of using OptimoRoute is the ease of inputting data into it and also the ease of sending the data across to all your drivers. And I can pretty much work it from my phone, from my computer, so pretty much I don't need to be stationary in one place, I can about my regular day and as long as I have my phone with me, I can still program OptimoRoute and all our jobs will still get done.
How has OptimoRoute helped your business?
Ogbo A.: Definitely OptimoRoute has helped our business. The time savings have been tremendous. When we use OptimoRoute, it takes us to the fastest route to get to places. And sometimes if we don't want to go to the fastest way, we have something to do first by alternating it easily from the app, we can easily make changes. Fuel savings, well, if you're going the fastest way and the shortest distance, you're definitely seeing a lot of fuel and driver efficiency, we actually are able to monitor our drivers where they are and be able to give updated times of delivery to our customers and customer satisfaction has been exceptional since we are almost able to tell you exactly when we're gonna be at your place, we can tell you the delays. And, yeah, it has been all fantastic. I really do not see any issues coming up and not stopping using you at any time soon.
How easy is OptimoRoute to use?
Ogbo A.: OptimoRoute is extremely easy to use. You can copy and paste directly from a spreadsheet, you can upload the spreadsheet, you can type in the data yourself. I mean, you can copy 20 items and drop all of them in OptimoRoute. So it's not like one item at a time or anything complicated. It is so, the ease of use is phenomenal, I could actually say that that's the best part of it - how easy it is to use. You don't have, you don't need any formal training or anything, just copy and paste, upload and you're good.
How important are speed and flexibility for your business?
Ogbo A.: Speed and flexibility is of the utmost importance to my business. And OptimoRoute has improved that a great deal, the speed with which we can edit our orders, the speed with which we can remove or add new things. And the speed which OptimoRoute will route whatever change we made right away has helped us tremendously and flexibility. So I guess the speed, I mean, what it, I guess what I just talked about now was the flexibility. So with the speed, well, the program, the the app itself is extremely fast. So for it to like assemble the data and organize it takes seconds. So the speed is of the chain. Flexibility is of the chain, we can actually go in and reorganize everything. It actually keeps us 100% on the go. We have improved our speed and while our drivers are on the route we can actually change his route while he's out there. And yeah, it squeezes everything, everything works perfectly.
