Why did you chose OptimoRoute for your business?
Jorge G.: My name is Jorge Gaviria and I work with Hispanic Products. They are a company that's been around for 20 years and they deliver to a lot of the Spanish stores, that deal with a lot of the Spanish products and we're able to use OptimoRoute because it's easy and fun to use. You know, you put the information down and I guess you're there. Thank you.
How did you manage route planning before OptimoRoute?
Jorge G.: Oh, that was 8 years ago and I just mapped it out and then I did a couple of different things on the internet and they didn't really work out so well and then I found you guys, great price, and I've been with you guys for like 8 years, so I'm happy.
How easy is OptimoRoute to use?
Jorge G.: Oh, it's so easy. You put the address and then for the most part of the time it just pops out by itself. So I just make sure to pick the right one and you know you're gonna get there. I don't know, it was just that the uploading was so easy.
How important are speed and flexibility for your business?
Jorge G.: Oh, I mean, speed is everything when it comes to deliveries, but the flexibility is key to being able to deliver everything, so OptimoRoute is great.
