Hi Optimizers. For those of you who are not familiar with the EPMO, we're a small team that delivers projects, programs and change in line with the strategic priorities of the business. We're based predominantly in the UK, although we also have a presence in Stockholm, and are thrilled to be able to say that we've recently expanded into the Dhaka office, with the support and help of our Dhaka recruitment teams. We are currently working across four major programs. Finance Transformation, Program, Opportunity to Cash, Packaging and Pricing, and Customer Success Transformation. In terms of a number of highlights, I'd like to share the following: In our Customer Success Program, partnering with Allison Skidmore, two highlights are worth sharing. Our at-risk customer project is going live in October. This sees the request process moving to a single centralized process in Salesforce, with enhanced reporting and dashboards, and involvement of new resources and teams. Experimentation recovery supports the CS experimentation team with the many initiatives to reduce churn, through initiatives such as BRAVE, CSM enablement and personalization, et cetera. Our Opportunity to Cash Program continues to support GTM and Rohit Bhalla. Recently, we've been supporting two priority areas including upsells and cancellations. For upsells, these will be managed in Salesforce, and will be tracked as separate opportunities going forward. In relation to cancellations, enhancements to the CTA process will ensure that information populates correctly in the Salesforce renewal opportunity. Notifications are then sent downstream to teams, and automatic tickets are generated to provisioning teams. once a cancellation is processed. These materials will be made available on the CS Handbook SharePoint page, and an enablement session is planned for the 24th of September to help this land effectively with the business. In addition, we've recently been delivering a product sunsetting workshop, in partnership with David O'Leary and the product team. A group of business leaders and SME's got together in London recently and mapped out a process for managing product sunsetting. In addition, we've also formed a steering committee sponsored by Myles and Aniel to actively track our sunsetting products. If there's anything else you'd like to know about any of these things, or any of our wider initiatives, don't hesitate to get in touch with me or one of the team. Thank you.
