Could you describe a time that Optimal Bone Health helped you?
Kathy Boyd: I went to Doctor Doug and his team about a year ago, I went to him initially for my osteoporosis learning that in order for your whole body to function at its optimum, all your systems need to be working together. So I'm now working also on my gut health and that is um improving. So we're um baby steps, we're improving in some areas and I'm still working on other areas.
