Hey, what's up guys? My name is Aaron. I'm a real estate investor up here in the boston area. I recently went to the OPM program and was funded with just under $100,000 worth of 0% a. P. R. Credit, which has been phenomenal for my business. It's allowed me to conserve cash, uh, and to pretty much buy all materials for my projects on 0% credit. Uh, freeing up my hard money funds and my cash reserves, uh, to be able to be deployed into more new projects or just, you know, avoid eight or 9% interest from hard money. So as a real estate investor, it's been an awesome benefit to me and I had to recommend the team. They are super helpful, always available.
