What role/project did you hire Opeyemi on?
Sergi: So my team hired yummy as a crash course instructor for email marketing services.
How has her expertise in email marketing helped you achieve your business goals?
Sergi: We needed to turn around a project uh in a very short time and we didn't have all the required expertise to do it and came in and helped our team acquire the necessary skills, very fast and efficiently in order to put together the project that we were hired to do.
Can you highlight any measurable results or improvements you experienced as a direct result of my email marketing? (in numbers if possible)
Sergi: So we went from having a very rudimentary uh welcome email series and Bandon cart email series to having a pretty well built out flow that resulted in a 15% increase open rate um across all emails and also resulted in an increase of like maybe 23 24% in web traffic, which was awesome.
Apart from her technical expertise, were there any particular soft skills or qualities that made her a great match for your project?
Sergi: Yummy was very patient and she was a good instructor. So she knew how to translate her knowledge and email marketing to varying levels of expertise. And she was very good at identifying what areas needed improvement and what areas needed to just be taught from scratch and adjusting her curriculum that she put together for us, for those needs.
