New Additions: How many new financial advisors joined our RIA in the past 6 months, and what unique skills or specializations do they bring?

Todd: Hey folks, it's Todd Resnick from OneSeven. It's been an incredible six months. I'm really excited that we actually hit our eight year anniversary today, July 1st. but the first six months was really full of a lot of development. We brought on James Selu who's a really young, incredible advisor from Edelman Financial. So it was exciting to have an advisor move from a firm of that echelon and, experience like James has. We also brought on a lot of other younger advisors. So, James Curran out in California was a, a smaller advisor at another Ria. and we brought on a couple of other, you know, 30 year old advisors from an Ria's that were doing 250- $300K. So I'm really excited to help those types of advisers grow in the, in the future. And we really, what's exciting is we've also gotten commitments from some really large opportunities. We actually just got two commitments from Raymond James financial services advisors totaling $700 million. 2 of our largest teams ever brought on that are both going to be joining us in October.

Advisor Business Development: Any new marketing initiatives this year that will assist our advisors in helping them grow their book?

Todd: Back in the spring, I attended the Future Proof Summit in Colorado and had some really great experiences working with some different technology vendors. So I met with Tom Fields from Fynancial which is going to allow us to build our own customized OneSeven app to better connect with our advisors and build community within the OneSeven ecosystem. We also met with some group that are going to help us in terms of streamlining the way that we generate leads for advisers in terms of putting quality leads in their laps. and so that has helped us in the last six months, really fine tune the way that we're communicating with our advisors as well as the way that we're helping our advisor grow. And I think these are all going to be a creative things in the next couple of months.

Why OneSeven: What is your OneSeven Why? Why do advisors join OneSeven?

Todd: What is my OneSeven "Why" that is a really deep question for me because as the founder and really the heart and soul of OneSeven, my, why is very you know, unique in a way. But really, at the end of the day, I love building connection with people. And I really push our team to continue you finding ways that we can build connection between the advisers. We have people joining us in every state. States we've never been to. And so to me, the most important thing is how do we deepen that relationship with the advisers, how do we build more connection within our community? So I'm really excited my personal rock that I've taken on this quarter is building out our new coaching program. And I think what we're going to launch is going to be really, really exciting when it comes to helping people in various random cities across the United States, find ways to find their own. Why? And connect with OneSeven and our core mission of creating life changing opportunities for the people that we work with and the people that we touch.
