Angie Cole: So the one main time that sticks out to me where our virtual assistant exceeded our expectations, um, beyond the millions of things I throw his way. The next task was to do cold calling. And so for our property management division, he was calling on for rent by owners. And within the first week of doing it, he was sending appointments. So cold calling, as you know, is not the easiest thing, but he quickly caught right on and was setting appointments for our general manager. So he most definitely exceeded our expectations.
