How did you find your way to your current role at Offerpad?

Tiffany Pearl Bryant: I started at Offerpad February 2022 and I actually found the role of growth marketer on LinkedIn. I was looking for a start up type company. I was looking for something remote as I sit in Houston, Texas and I was actually super interested in real estate. At the time, real estate was crazy. It was, you know, Selling Sunset, Selling Tampa all these things. And I was like, you know what, I don't know if I'm ready to be an agent, but I'm a marketer at heart and I've been marketing for about 10 years. So I definitely wanna do some real estate marketing and Offerpad hired me.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Offerpad?

Tiffany Pearl Bryant: My favorite part about working at Offerpad is that it is truly a start up. I have had the chance to work with agents. I've had the chance to work with the Renovate team. I've had a chance to work with customer success. I have had my hands in so many different projects. And obviously I'm on the marketing team, but just so many different things I've gotten to see and experience and people I have gotten to meet across the 29 markets, working with agents. So it's been a really great experience as a marketer getting to, you know, work on so many different projects in such a short span of time.

What stands out to you about the culture at Offerpad?

Tiffany Pearl Bryant: A standout thing to me about the culture here at Offerpad is that everyone is ready to "get to it". And what I mean by that is we're a start up. you know, we have small teams in different markets, but everyone's so ready to like, OK, how can I help? What can I do there? How can I make this better? How can we make this, you know, more efficient, more effective every person I talk to is like that, you know, and I reach out to a lot of people on the day to day basis asking them, hey, can you help me do this? Like everyone is ready to get it done. And I've never been a part of a culture that's just so ready to make things work to make things better for our customers. So that's very invigorating. It makes me want to come to work every single day.
