John Espy: Good evening RedTree. I know a few different types of providers are available to help us with our district's investments. The two I'm most familiar with are brokers and investment advisers, but I'm not exactly sure what the differences are. Can you explain to me what these providers do and how they are different? I would like to determine which one might be a good fit for me in my district.
