How was the overall project and process?
Tara Clayton: Overall, the project was a blast. I thought that it could probably go one of two ways working with so many different vendors who are not used to kind of collaborating together. And, in large part that was due to O'Rourke and especially Emily and being kind of the master of all things and the leader in terms of making sure that everyone is managed and the parts of the puzzle are coming into place when and where we need them to go. I thought that really helped with the process, at least from my side of things, I was just coming at it from a viewpoint of obviously bringing my own two cents and design to it, but I wanted to do it in a way that, felt conducive to O'Rourke and the team. not stepping on too many fingers as I brought in some of my own design and making sure that, formatting and, it was built in a way that was easily accessible to you and the team and I just felt like again I can't sing enough praise for Emily just because she really was wearing all the hats in terms of making sure that we all, got to where we needed to be and showed up and everything looked stunning. I think the work speaks for itself in terms of how both the project and process turned out.

Tell us about the results that your new website generated?
Tara Clayton: Sure that women can speak better to the results that the website is actually generating. I realized I was kind of thinking the last question was more and as it relates to the design from a visual perspective and from like what I brought to the table, but I actually would be remiss if I didn't say I work with a lot, a lot of web developers and a lot of times like there's so much that gets lost in communication from going from design to UX or UI and I did not feel that way at all here. In fact, like quite the opposite. I thought it was super collaborative. I thought that I didn't get the initial build and think, oh my gosh, what were they looking at? Clearly not my design? And I think again, just speaks to the quality and care that you and the team bring to the project. And I thought that everything, you know, functioned beautifully. There was a lot of points in the actual process where like Emily brought up something in terms of like a design capability that maybe I wasn't thinking about in terms of like function and we ended up using in the site. I think that they're all just absolutely stunning. And, it's like far and away from where the original site was which is of course needed a little bit of a lift just in terms of like how it aged but I cannot speak well enough about the quality of the work that comes from you and your team.
