As an independent hotel, what were the factors that led you to choose O’Rourke as your partner? What was your biggest problem before hiring?
Susanna Cota-Robles: Hi, I'm the marketing manager for the Arabella Hotel Sedona.
Susanna Cota-Robles: we've been working together with O'Rourke for two years now and it's been great so far.
How do O’Rourke’s solutions work for an independent hotel?
Susanna Cota-Robles: I think working with O'Rourke is super great for an independent hotel. I've worked for Weston and Hilton and of course you have a lot of parameters and guidelines with a branded hotel but working with Emily has been great. She's super open to my thoughts and ideas and feedback and everything's been pretty seamless.
What would you tell other independent hotels about working with O’Rourke?
Susanna Cota-Robles: I like working with boutique hotels. And so if I was to reach out to anyone or if they were to come to me I would say, O'Rourke has been great to work with. We're on two different time zones but it's always manageable. They're very flexible with us and when I have requests we have a great process for communicating online and then meeting on a regular basis to review our results. And so far we've been really pleased.
