Introduce yourself: Tell us How many cigarettes or packs did you smoke per day and how long did you smoke?

greg : So my name is Greg. I've been a o on and off closet smoker for years. I was introduced to mark quite some time ago and we hit it off from the onset. His demeanor was very warm and welcoming and I have to be honest with you. He was a complete and it was a complete success since then. I was so supportive of the program that I've introduced him to several friends. And I have to say in most cases, they were as successful as I was, I couldn't be happier. My family couldn't be happier and I feel fantastic being a non-smoker cannot say enough about how things transpired in the hour that I was with them as well as all the follow up that I received as he would check in with me quite often. Good luck.

Tell us the main reasons for you to stop smoking. How was smoking impacting your life?

greg : Of course, the main reason was just to be healthier and the only reason was to be healthier and to live long and to be here for my family.

How long have you been smoke-free? Since you smoked your last cigarrette?

greg : I guess it's been so long since I've been a non-smoker that I don't even remember when I started that program with Mark many years ago, fell off the wagon a couple of times, but Mark was there to pick me up and since then it's been smooth sailing.

What is the best part of being smoke-free? How has your Life improved?

greg : I think the best part about being a nonsmoker is how amazing I feel, how focused I am towards my dieting and my exercising and the amount of energy I have as a result.

What wouldn't be possible if you were still smoking?

greg : I guess it's fair to say that if I was still smoking, I wouldn't be as healthy and feeling as strong as I do today. Being a nonsmoker.

Tell us How much money you saved by being smoke-free?

greg : I was asked to talk about how much money I've saved as a result. But to be honest with you, I don't think I can figure that out. Sorry.

Did you have any concerns or fears about the hypnosis process?

greg : For those that might feel trepidation or concern or fear being hypnotized. Please don't. You're well aware of your surroundings. Nobody's asking you to bark like a dog. Everything is just in a very relaxed, quiet Zen, like atmosphere and at any given time, you can just kind of snap yourself out of it if there was a reason for it, but there will not be a reason for it. He is so warm and welcoming and um I was aware of my surroundings the entire time.

How did you enjoy the Hypnosis process to becoming a smoke free?

greg : I enjoyed it. Actually, it was almost like a meditation session with some background music no different than if I was, you know, going to a spa and just relaxing in a chair and, you know, listening to, uh, some yoga music, to be honest with you, that was my experience.

How long did it take you to change the habit after the first session?

greg : Once I was out of the hypnosis from that point forward, I did think about it occasionally, maybe struggled occasionally when I saw somebody else smoking. But for the most part, my mindset snapped right into the things that I was taught during the hypnosis. So I found it to be somewhat an easy process.

How much would you recommend this process to others who want to become smoke-free?

greg : I truly highly recommend taking his program enrolling in his program and taking the first step to being a healthier you.
