What was going on in your life and career that made you want to join NLCA?
Hi, my name is Caroline, and the question is what was going on in my life and career that made me want to join Nurse Life Coaching Academy. 2024 was a difficult year, uh, for my family. It is my 31st year as a nurse and I have always been looking for something. That gave me a little more autonomy. Um, in July, my teenage son collapsed out of nowhere unexpectedly, and it was devastating. And although he Recovered and did well, I realized how quickly things could change. Um, not long after that, the community that I live in was struck with two back to back hurricanes. And so we almost lost our home and our things and a lot of our neighbors did. And what I realized was how quickly things could go away and all that we really have that we can control is our time. And so I decided that I needed to do something different and that area was gonna have to be in my career. So, I saw Nurse Life Coaching Academy and I thought that it would give me an opportunity to have the autonomy to control my schedule so that I could give my time to those things that are most precious to me, which is my family and my community. And I, after the first couple assignments, we had to do an authenticity assignment and it was terribly uncomfortable to talk about where I was most not authentic and that was at my job. So I have recently resigned from my position and and I'm devoting my time to nurse life coaching Academy and what I'm going to do with that. So it has actually been life altering for me in a, in a wonderful way. And I appreciate the opportunity and I cannot believe. How awesome it's going to be. Thank you.
