How did you find your way to your current role at Nuecred Financial LLC?
Austin Doremus: The way I found my way to Nuecred Financial LLC was being that I'm a college student, I'm a marketing major. I was looking for a marketing internship and I went on Handshake to look at at some internship opportunities and I saw that Nuecred, they posted an internship opportunity. So I applied to it. I got the job and now I'm an intern there. So it was quick and easy and that's how it happened.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Nuecred Financial LLC?
Austin Doremus: I would say my favorite part about my role right now is the fact that every day is different, you know, every day you have to create different content and try to use your brain to be creative and just try different things. And honestly, for me, that's just very exciting and very fun. So I think it's a, it's a good thing for me in that role. And the team, we are a small team, but everybody in the team is great to work with. We're all very nice. We're all very constructive and our team has a synergy to where we get stuff done. And if we have different ideas about different things, we just tell each other and, you know, it's like a just a great environment and it's, it's a good team honestly.
What stands out to you about the culture at Nuecred Financial LLC?
Austin Doremus: I would say the thing that stands out to me about the Nuecred Financial culture is that it's very professional, yet not over professional. You know, when you go into the office every day, you're greeted with a smile and a handshake and it's very formal, but in an impersonal way to where it's just, it feels like you're welcomed there and it feels like you're really family. A lot of companies you work for, you don't really get that. You know, it's very corporate and people just give you fake smiles and they just tell you what to do. But here at Nuecred, that's not the, that's not the case. You know, you go into the office, you feel like you're a part of something bigger than you. You feel like the people around you care about you. And overall it's just a good company culture, I would have to say.
How do you think Nuecred is impacting the community?
Austin Doremus: I think Nuecred's impact on the community is pretty self explanatory. I mean, Nuecred is trying to help first time homeowners build their credit and try to get a good mortgage with their house and in a world like the US, you know, just the Dallas Fort Worth area. A lot of people, you know, they might need those credit services, they might need credit help and just being able to help those people achieve their "American Dream" of getting their first house. I think it's a huge impact. I think it's very important for anybody that lives in the US wanting to, you know, gain some home ownership and home equity and try to build wealth. I think it's always a good thing. I think the impact is very well and it's, it's definitely a mission you can get behind as a company.
