What is your favorite part about working at NCSEA?
Alex Clingman: I just love how I have the chance to make a positive impact on the community and the world at large through the promotion of clean energy and sustainability. So I really enjoy working with our members and partnership organizations to try and achieve this cohesive goal of decarbonization of the North Carolina economy by 2050.
What do you like the most about your current position?
Alex Clingman: I appreciate how it gives me the chance to connect and collaborate with such a wide variety of skilled, motivated, and passionate individuals on a daily basis. So I feel like I'm able to keep my finger on the pulse of this quickly evolving clean energy landscape in North Carolina and beyond and just kind of help represent what I believe to be the good fight, which is just sustainable energy and being on the right side of history come 2030 and 2050 and beyond.
What's one thing we should know about the MarComms team?
Alex Clingman: One thing you should know about the marketing and communications team here at NCSEA is that we are all proud alumni students or friends of Appalachian State University that includes Destiny and Jessica as well. Go Neers!
