What is the name of your business and what products or services do you provide?
Brittany Lutren: Hello, my name is Britney Lutren. I am the owner of a therapy clinic called the Niyama Center based in Michigan, and we work with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression and trauma. We do different types of types of therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy for emotional regulation and EMDR therapy for trauma.
What makes your business, brand, product or services unique?
Brittany Lutren: What makes Niyama Center unique is that we offer different types of therapies such as EMDR therapy, which is a trauma therapy where you can see results in as little as 12 sessions, and that is three months. We also offer dialectical behavioral therapy for our emotional regulation. And we offer something called dialectical behavioral therapy skills where you can just do the skills portion of it to learn all the emotional regulation skills that you may need. We also do cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy is to change the mind and change the way you're thinking to help you live your perfect life.
What challenges was your business facing that led you to AnswerFirst?
Brittany Lutren: The challenges that my business faced before AnswerFirst was I was the only one answering the phones, or I had a VA that was answering the phones, but they weren't answering quick enough so we would lose the calls, and we would lose business, and we weren't growing.
