Zoe Hlongwane - how has mentorship supported you?

I feel like the mentorship program was very, very impactful in my growth as a tester. I got to work with one of the most brilliant minds I know, and he truly invested his time, his effort into making sure that I grow personally, which I have mentioned that, growth and being successful is people at Nintex are really, really invested in seeing you grow, and it showed with my mentorship. He was so dedicated to making sure that I elevate to the next level. He asked me what do you, why do you want this mentor, this mentorship program? What is it? What is in it for you? Like what do you wanna get out of it? And I said a promotion and he's like, OK, listen, we have to Work on your strengths, work on your weaknesses. You need to draw a short analysis, and then come and present it to me, And honestly, it just showed from the get-go how dedicated this person was because he wanted to tackle points that would matter, that would contribute to my growth, basically. And yeah, he gave me a perspective from an engineer's point of view, and I got to learn so much. I got to learn so much. We had to build things from scratch and I truly, truly appreciate that mentorship, , with Brian. It was truly one of the best.
